Affinity Realty & Property Management, LLC (“Affinity”) is an entity formed with Diversified Funding Incorporated (“DFI”) to provide focused property management and realty services for condominium associations.  We have been an active member of the real estate community since 1974.  During the last four decades, we have demonstrated an ability to meet our commitments and to accomplish the goals of our clients.  Our service-oriented approach enables us to develop and maintain long-standing client relationships.  Affinity represents over 55 condominium associations in the Greater Boston Area.  Our property management team consists of highly skilled employees with years of experience.  Affinity’s management strategy has been tailored over decades to provide the highest level of customer service and management strategies to successfully care for the properties we service.

With over forty years of experience Stephen DiNocco, ARM, CMCA, AMS controls the quality, consistency and uniformity of the management services offered by Affinity.  He monitors the activity of the property managers, accounting department, administrative employees and maintenance personnel to ensure a coordinated effort.

 

Affinity’s partner DFI is a full service real estate firm, with multiple disciplines including, development, management, secured lending and consulting.  DFI manages over 5,000 residential units, retail strip centers, office and hotel properties.
